Vascular Endothelial Cell(VEC)locates between the circulating blood and the tissue under VEC.It is a poly functional cell.The paper stated the methods of isolating,culturing and identifying of VEC,and discussed the factors which affected isolation and culture.It was shown that there was a great advantage of isolating and culturing VEC.
