钢领磨损分析及提高使用寿命的途径

Wear Failure Analysis of Plain Ring

本文通过磨痕与磨屑的微观分析,认为造成钢领磨损失效的主要磨损形式是疲劳磨损,其机理是疲劳剥层。提高使用寿命的途径是采用具有高硬度的表面处理方法将钢领的磨损形式转化为氧化磨损。

Based on the micro-analysis of wear scratches and chips,the authors found out that themain cause of the ring wear failure was the fitigue wear,and the mechanism is fatiguedelamination.Besides the way was also found out to prolong the service life of the ring.
