摘要
介绍了湖北三宁化工股份有限公司800 kt/a硫磺制酸装置的工艺技术、主要设备及在节能降耗方面进行的一些优化设计。该装置采用带HRS的"3+1"二转二吸工艺流程,同时配置动力波尾气处理系统。该装置运行稳定,高、中温热回收系统吨酸产汽率高达1.27 t,当转化工序进气φ(SO2)为11.5%时,总转化率为99.8%,排放尾气ρ(SO2)低于100 mg/m3。
The process technology, major equipment and some optimization design of energy saving in Sanning's 800 kt/a sulphuric acid plant located in Hubei are described. The plant used "3 + 1" double contact process with HRS and Dynamic Wave tail gas treatment system. The plant operated stably and the total steam production per ton acid reached 1.27 t in high-and middle-level heat recovery system. When SO2 concentration at conversion section inlet was 11.5% , the total conversion achieved 99. 8% with SO2 concentration in emitted gas less than 100 mg/m3.
