贵州省寻常型银屑病患者发病特征分析

Analysis of 212cases of patients on Guizhou Province with psoriasis vulgaris pathogenesis characteristics

目的通过对贵州省寻常型银屑病(PV)的调查分析,了解有家族史及无家族史PV患者的发病特征,比较其两者在首发年龄、发病季节、病情程度、发病部位、发病前诱因等发病特征上的不同。方法收集212例寻常型PV患者的临床资料(有家族史35例,无家族史177例)进行统计分析。结果212例PV患者中男性123例,女性89例,男女性别比1.38:1。平均就诊年龄(37.60±14.46)岁,平均首发年龄(27.75±13.40)岁。各学历及各职业人群均可发病。无家族史177例(83.49%),有家族史35例(16.51%),有家族史PV患者总体首发年龄早(t=4.260,P<0.001)、病情程度轻(χ2=7.877,P=0.019)于无家族史PV患者;在发病部位上有家族史PV患者与无家族史的PV患者差异无显著性;有家族史PV患者在发病诱因中有感染史(χ2=3.930,P=0.047)、外伤史(χ2=6.462,P=0.011)的较无家族史PV患者多。结论有家族史PV和无家族史PV患者在首发年龄、病情程度和发病诱因等发病特征上存在显著差异,可能与不同的发病机制有关。

Objective To catch on onset feature on Guizhou Province in familial and sporadic pso- riasis vulgaris （PV） by analyzing the psoriasis vulgaris, then compares onset age, disease severity, af- fected sites, onset season and other inducts factors in different features between in familial and sporad- ic Psoriasis Vulgaris. Methods 212 patients with PV were enrolled from dermatology outpatient clinic of Affiliated Hospital of Guiyang Medical College between March 2011 and April 2012. There were 212 patients which were 35 familial and 177 sporadic patients. Remits 212 patients （123 men and 89 woman）, male and female sex ratio was 1.41：1, Mean visit age was 37.60±14.46, Mean outbreak age was 27.75±13.40, PV patients could be seen in every education background and occupation. 35 familial（16.51） and 177 sporadic （83.49） patients, Familial PV patients had earlier onset age （t = 4. 260, P〈0. 001 ） and milder clinical manifestation（X2= 7. 877,P= 0. 019）than sporadic PV patients. There were no statistical significantly differences sbetween familial PV and sporadic P in the diseased parts V. Compared with familial PV, more sporadic PV had histories of infection （X2= 3. 930, P= 0. 047）, trauma （Xz =6. 462,P=0. 011）. Conclusion From the analysis of our data , it seems that fa- milial and sporadic PV have significant differences in onset age, disease severity, onset sites and associated inducts factors. There may be related to different pathogenesis in familial and sporadic PV.
