改性涤纶/涤纶仿绉交织物的碱处理特性

A Study on Alkali Treatment of Modified Polyester/Polyester Filament Crepe

本文研究了改性涤纶长丝作纬,普通涤纶长丝作经的仿绉交织物的碱处理加工的特点,以及碱处理对织物的力学性能、染色性能、抗静电性能等的影响。对于因纤维和织物状态、纤维的化学结构与物理结构等不同而造成的碱水解速率和染色性能的差异作了理论解释。

In this paper were studied the character of alkali treatmedt of modified polyester/poly-ester filament crepe,and the treatment effect on mechanical property,dyeability,and anti-static property of the crepe.The variation on the alkali hydrolytic velocity and the dyoabilitydue to the different configurations of the filament and the fabric,and the different chemicaland physical structures of the filament was also analysed in trems of theory.
