摘要
为研究不同栽培基质对二苞黄精(Polygonatum involucratum Maxim.)生长发育的影响,将根茎肥大、幼芽饱满的二苞黄精休眠根茎栽植在用园土、腐叶土、河沙组成的8种不同配比的基质中,对其在不同栽培基质中的株高、叶片数、叶面积、叶片脱落率、开花数、坐果率等生长发育指标进行测定。结果表明,园土河沙体积比为7 3和园土河沙腐叶土体积比为6 2 2的基质较适合二苞黄精的生长发育,其中前种基质培育的二苞黄精综合表现最好。
To study the effects of different culture substrates on the growth and development of Polygonatum involucratum Maxim., the dormant rhizomes of P. involucratum with plump tender buds were cultivated in eight different substrates with different volume ratios of garden soil, leaf mould and river sand. The plant height, number of leaves, leaf area, leaf dropping rate, number of flowers and fruit setting rate of P. involucratum in different substrates were investigated. The results showed that the substrates with garden mould: river sand =7:3 (V: V) and garden mould: river sand:leaf mould=6: 2:2 (V: V: V) were proper to the growth and development of P. involucraturn, especially there was a better effect on the former substrate.
