摘要
以柳钢生产LGL3-1的实践总结在150t转炉、RH真空精炼炉、连铸大包套管、连铸中间包、以及连铸结晶器保护渣等方面控制氮含量的措施,使转炉终点w(N)<0.02%,连铸控制增加w(N)<3×10-6。
The measures to control the nitrogen content in respects of 150 t Converter Furnace, RH Vacuum Furnace, continuous casting ladle bush, continuous casting tundish and continuous casting mould powder were summarized by combining with the practice to producing LGL3-1 so that the converter end point w (N) is less than 0.02%, and continuous casting control w (N) is less than 3×10^-6.
