摘要
针对JP4,JP5轧机轧辊轴承在轧制薄规格钢带时烧损严重的现象进行分析,对工作辊轴承座、平衡方式、换辊方式等进行改进,从而稳定了设备的运行,降低了生产成本。
The problem of serious burning, which occurs when rolling thin steel strip, is analyzed for the bearing of JP4 and JP5 rolling mill. The bearing seat of work roll, balance mode and the way of roll change are improved, so as to stabilize the operation of the equipment and reduce the production cost.
