摘要
按照西宁火车站改造工程需要,为了研究混凝土总含碱量对混凝土在高浓度的碱作用下的物理力学性能劣化与失效规律,在6种混凝土配合比的基础上,按是否掺外加剂、含碱量为1.6%掺入NaOH和不掺入NaOH,共设计了12个试验配合比,分别在常温(20±1)℃和加温(40±2)℃的腐蚀溶液中进行了强度变化、质量变化、长度变化的测试和观察。结果表明:C50强度等级的混凝土配合比完全满足抗硫酸盐腐蚀-AAR-氯离子扩散的耦合作用下工程要求的各项性能指标。
According to needs of renovation project for the Xining Railway Station, the physi - me- chanical properties of deterioration and failure of concrete were investigated under high concentra- tions of alkali. Based on six kinds mix proportion of concrete, according to whether use the admixture doped,1.6% NaOH or not. Twelve treatments with different mix proportion were set to measure change of strength, mass and length at room temperature (20 ±1)℃ and heating (40 ±2)℃ with corrosive solution respectively. The results show that mix proportion of C50 fully meet performance indicators of the engineering requirements in coupling effect for sulfate resisting corrosion -AAR( Al- kali -aggregate reaction ) -chlorine ion diffusion.
