半夏止咳糖浆质量标准研究

The Quality Standard for Banxiazhike Syrup

目的：提高半夏止咳糖浆的质量标准.方法：采用高效液相色谱法对半夏止咳糖浆中的麻黄进行鉴别,对橙皮苷进行含量测定.麻黄采用迪马C18,以乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液（9：91）为流动相,流速为1.0 ml/min,检查波长为210nm.橙皮苷采用迪马C18,以甲醇-0.5%冰醋酸溶液（40：60）为流动相,流速为1.0 ml/min,检查波长为283nm.结果：麻黄供试品溶液主峰的保留时间与对照品溶液主峰的保留时间一致,阴性对照无相应的色谱峰出现.橙皮苷进样量在0.09348～2.33700μg范围与峰面积线性关系良好,r=0.9996,平均回收率为100.25%.结论：该方法准确、重复性好,可用于半夏止咳糖浆的质量控制.

Objective： To improve the quality standard of BanXiaZhiKe Syrup. Methods Herba Ephedrae was identified by HPLC. The Diamonsil C18 column was used with the mobile phase of acetonitrile -0. 1% phosphoric acid （9：91） at a flow rate of 1.0 ml/min and the detection wavelength was set at 210nm. The content of hesperidin was determinated by HPLC. The Diamonsil C18 col- umn was used with the mobile phase of methanol -0. 5% acetic acid （40： 60） at a flow rate of l. 0 ml/min and the detection wave- length was set at 283nm.. Results The test solution peak retention time and peak retention time of the reference solution consistent with the negative control without the corresponding peaks. Hesperidin was linear within 0. 09348 ~ 2. 3371~g, r = 0. 9996 and the av- erage recovery rate was 100. 25%. Conclusion The method is accurate and better repeatable, which can be used for the quality control of Banxiazhike Syrup.
