摘要
通过蒸馏水浸提的方法收集到花生叶片淋溶液,研究了其对花生种子发芽、幼苗根系活力、保护酶活性等生长发育指标的影响,结果表明:花生叶片淋溶液在较低浓度时对种子的发芽有一定的促进作用,当达到一定浓度时对其种子胚根的生长具有显著的抑制作用。叶片淋溶液处理后,与对照相比,花生幼苗根系活力显著降低,SOD和POD活性增强,MDA含量增加,且都随着淋溶液浓度增加而增加。花生叶片淋溶液当达到一定浓度时会对花生种子发芽和幼苗的生长发育产生自毒作用。
The leaching solution of peanut leaves was collected by using the method of extraction with distilled water, and its effects on the growth and developmental indices of peanut including seed germination, root vigor of seedling, protective enzyme ac- tivities were studied. The results showed that: the leaching solution of peanut leaves could promote the germination of seeds when its concentration was low, while it had significant inhibitory effect on seed radicle growth when its concentration reached a certain value. After leaf leachate treatment, compared with the control, the root vigor of peanut seedlings decreased significantly, SOD and POD activities enhanced, MDA content increased, and they all increased with the increase of leaching solution concentration. When the leaching solution of peanut leaves reached a certain concentration, it could produce autotoxicity to the germination of peanut seeds and the growth and development of peanut seedlings.
