用基于邻苯二甲醛柱前衍生的高效液相色谱法测定稻米的γ-氨基丁酸含量 被引量:4

摘要 建立基于邻苯二甲醛(0-phthalaldehyde,OPA)柱前衍生的高效液相色谱法(highperformanceliquidchromato—graphy,HPLC),测定了稻米中Y-氨基丁酸(Y-aminobutyricacid,GABA)的含量。结果显示:用三氯乙酸作为提取溶剂的效果最好;检测限为0.5mg/L,提取回收率为79.1%-101.5%;巨胚糙米的GABA含量显著高于常规胚糙米的,发芽后巨胚糙米的GABA积累量也高于常规胚糙米的。 The high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method based on pre - column derivatization with o - phthal- aldehyde (OPA) was established, and it was used to determine the content of Y-aminobutyric acid (GABA) in rice. The results indicated that trichloroacetic acid used as solvent had the best extract effect; the detection limit of this method was 0.5 mg/L, and the recoveries were 79.1% - 101.5% ; the content of GABA in brown rice with giant embryo was significantly higher than that in brown rice with normal embryo; after germination, the accumulation of GABA content in brown rice with giant embryo was also high er than that in brown rice with normal embryo.
