Study on Rural Government's Public Service Behaviors under New Urbanized Construction

分析了农村政府公共服务供给存在的政府行政管理体制不健全、政府供给决策的行政命令性、政府服务对象与导向目标的异化性、政府公共服务管理低效性等问题,并从管理制度、信息收集机制、多元化投资主体机制、公共服务监管机制等方面提出了对策建议。

This article analyzed the existent problems in rural government＇s public service supply under new -type urbanized construction, such as the unsound government administrative management system, the administrative command in the government＇ s supply decision, the dissimilarity of government＇s service objects and oriented targets, and the inefficiency of government＇s public service management. In order to deal with these problems, the author raised some countermeasures and suggestions from the following aspects： management system, information collection mechanism, diversified investment mechanism, public service supervision mechanism etc.
