摘要
在分析餐厨垃圾理化特性及存在问题的基础上,对餐厨垃圾制浆预处理工艺、厌氧技术存在的问题进行分析,提出了餐厨垃圾厌氧消化关键技术建议,探讨了工艺设计中需要完善的环节。
Based on the analysis of physical and chemical characteristics and existing problems of food waste, the problems of pulping pretreatment process, anaerobic technology of food waste were analyzed. Some suggestions for key technology of food waste anaerobic digestion were put forward. Finally, the link in process design that needs to improve was discussed.
