Optimization of Warp Arrangement Process of Yarn Dyed Fabrics

经浆排花是色织物生产中一个十分关键的环节,通过对色织企业实际生产色织物时所采用的经浆排花工艺进行分析和研究,从分色分层法、分色分层与分条分层相结合、巧用鸳鸯轴3个方面进行了经验总结。通过实例详细地阐述了不同品种所采用的经浆排花工艺及缘由。因此,在实际生产中,以提高生产效率、降低生产成本且又能保证产品质量为目的,根据具体品种选择最佳的排花方式,实现具体品种工艺最优化。

Warp arrangement is a key link in the production of yarn dyed fabrics. This paper sums up the experience in color layering method, combination of color layering and section layering and skillful use of mandarin duck axis through analysis and research on warp arrangement process used in practical production of yarn dyed fabrics by yarn dye enterprises, and describes warp arrangement process used for different varieties and reasons in detail with examples. Therefore, enterprises should select the optimal arrangement method according to specific varieties and realize the optimization of process of specific varieties for the purpose of improving the production efficiency, reducing production cost and ensuring product quality in practical production.
