摘要
现代络筒机已经实现了全自动化和无人值守,其中传感器起着关键作用,本文讨论了现代纺织工业用光电、电容、光电编码器、压电、霍尔测速发电机等传感器的工作原理和特性,以及在现代络筒机上自动化和信息化上的应用。分别探讨电容、光电传感器用于电子清纱器的纱疵检测与反馈;光电传感器用于检测自动络筒机的管纱层级位置;光电编码器用于转速检测;压电式张力传感器用于络纱张力和断头检测;霍尔测速发电机速度传感器检测筒子和槽筒转速以辅助防叠。
Modern winder has realized full automation and unattended operation. Sensors play a key role. This paper discusses the operating principle and characteristics of sensors used in modem textile industry such as photoelectric sensor, capacitive sensor, optical-electricity encoder, piezoelectric sensor and Hall tachogenerator and the application of sensors in automation and informationalization of modem winder; and respectively discusses the use of capacitive sensor and photoelectric sensor in yam fault detection and feedback of electronic yarn cleaner, the use of photoelectric sensor in detection of cop level position of automatic winder, the use of optical-electricity encoder in rotate speed detection, the use of piezoelectric tension sensor in detection of winding tension and decollation, and the use of Hall tachogenerator velocity sensor in the detection of rotate speed of tube and groove drum to assist in preventing overlap.
