摘要
从产品碳足迹的角度出发,应用排放系数法,依据国家现行水泥标准及相关能耗标准研究通用硅酸盐水泥的碳排放量.结果表明,通用硅酸盐水泥中,掺混合材料的硅酸盐水泥品种碳排放量较小.混合材料掺量越多,碳排放量越少.各品种水泥生产的碳排放次序大小为:P.I>P.II>P.O>(P.P,P.F)>(P.S.A,P.C)>P.S.B.水泥生产各部分碳排放中,碳酸盐矿物分解产生的碳排放量占总排放量的比例最大,燃料燃烧产生的碳排放次之,电力消耗引起的碳排放最小.减少水泥生产碳排放的措施有:同等条件下优先使用掺混合材料的通用硅酸盐水泥品种;发展长寿命的水泥混凝土工程;在有条件的地方尽量使用无熟料水泥或少熟料水泥;发展新型低碳胶凝材料,如石膏胶凝材料、镁质胶凝材料等.
The life cycle assessment of the common portland cement was carried out by using the emission coefficient method from the angle of carbon footprint based on the national current cement standard and some relative energy consumption standard.Results show that the varieties of portland cement with mixed materials have the lower carbon emission.The more the mixed materials,the less the carbon emission.The sequence of the carbon emission of all the varieties of the common portland cement is P.Ⅰ>P.Ⅱ>P.O>(P.P,P.F)>(P.S.A,P.C)>P.S.B.Among all the parts in the process of cement production,the carbon emission from the carbonate decomposition is the largest,then is that from the fuel consumption and that from the electricity consumption.The measurments for reducing the carbon emmision from the cement production include:giving priority to the use of the varieties of portland cement with mixed materials at the same conditions,developing the long life cement concrete engineering,using the no-clinker or less-clinker cement as more as possible at the conditional place,and developing the low carbon cementing material,such as gypsum cementing material,magnesia cementitious material,etc.
