摘要
借鉴企业执行力影响因素研究的成果,在现有关于大学执行力研究基础上,构建了组织职能影响大学执行力模型.从组织结构、管理幅度、组织文化等5个维度测量了组织职能对大学执行力的影响.运用对全国32所大学的问卷调查数据进行假设检验,结果发现清晰的岗位职责、组织结构与战略的匹配性以及领导的决策能力对大学执行力有正向直接影响.
The influential factors of company execution are summarized based upon the relevant analysis,and the execution model of organizational functions is set up by analyzing the college executive power.The assumption test was conducted from five perspectives such as organizational structure,management span and organizational culture,etc.based on the questionnaires of 32 colleges and universities nationwide.The findings indicate that the responsibilities,organizational structure,strategic fit and the leadership have a positive impact on the college executive power.
