摘要 识别国防专利价值影响因素在评估国防专利价值中发挥着基础性作用,国防专利价值影响因素的多重相关性严重地制约价值评估进程。通过识别国防专利价值影响因素建立指标体系;重点针对指标之间的多重相关性进行理论分析,运用网络分析法的优势量化依赖关系,可以实现国防专利价值影响因素定性与定量相结合的相关性剔除,进而为关键指标筛选、科学评估国防专利价值提供帮助。 National defense patent value plays a fundamental role for assessing national defense patent value to recognize its influencing factors .The multiple correlations of national defense patent influencing factors would seriously affect value assessment process .Starting from identifying national defense patent value influencing factors to establish index system ,the paper lays special stress on ana-lyzing in theory focusing on multiple correlation between factor indicators and uses analytic network process(ANP) for quantifying dependencies relationship ,which can realize combination of qualitative and quantitative correlation removal ,then further provides help for key indicators screen ,scientific assessment of national defense patent value .
