加强体系作战条件下装备保障核心能力建设研究

Research on Improving the Core Competence Construction of Equipment Support Under the Condition of Systematic Operation

装备保障核心能力建设是军事核心能力建设的重要内容。针对体系作战装备保核心能力内涵和特点进行研究;分析了加强体系作战条件下装备保障核心能力建设基本要求;最后从装备保障理论体系、运行机制、实施手段、建设重点等方面提出装备保障核心能力建设的几点建议。

The core competence construction of equipment support is an important content of the core military capability .Based on equipment support under the condition of systematic operation ,the connotation and characteristics of the core competence are studied .Some advice to promote the core competence construction of equipment support w hich about theoretical system ,operating mechanism , application method and construction emphasis is suggested .
