摘要
航天技术验证试验任务,是指航天高技术在经过概念探索、关键技术攻关后,为了对关键技术攻关情况进行在轨技术验证而开展的航天飞行试验任务。以航天技术验证试验任务为对象,分析了其概念和特点,综合评估需求,提出了综合评估的分层实施总体框架,给出了综合评估的实施流程,提出了"试验-效益-管理"评估框架,并建立了综合评估指标体系,可为类似的技术验证试验任务的综合评估提供借鉴和参考。
The verifying experiment mission of aerospace technology is a kind of space flight ex-periment mission ,for the sake of verifying the breakthrough of the key technology in orbit ,after the concept research and key technology of aerospace technology tackled .In this paper ,the author takes the experiment mission of verifying the aerospace technology into consideration ,and analyzes its con-cept ,characteristics and requirements of comprehensive evaluation .On the basis of this ,the author puts forward the frame and the process of the layering implementation of the comprehensive evalua-tion ,aimed at offering reference for similar mission in future .The author puts forward a frame about the“experiment-performance-management” ,and establishes a valuation index system .Used in the practical mission ,the method of layering implementation has been approved by the experts and lead-ers in related fields .This method is still been improving ,and can be exactly used in many technology verifying experiment missions of other fields .
