微创等离子前列腺电切术治疗高危良性前列腺增生临床观察

The effect of observation on plasma prostate electrotomy treatment for high-risk benign prostatic hyperplasia

目的观察微创等离子前列腺电切术治疗高危良性前列腺增生的疗效。方法采用前瞻性研究方法,分析我院2010年1月—2012年10月间收治的高危良性前列腺增生患者106例,随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组采用经尿道前列腺等离子双极电切术,对照组采用经尿道前列腺电切术。对2组疗效进行观察比较。结果观察组和对照组术中出血量、术后冲洗时间、术后拔管时间、住院天数比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。观察组和对照组国际前列腺症状评分(IPSS)、生活质量评分(QAL)及残余尿量(PVR)比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。观察组术后并发症总发生率为5.66%,对照组为24.53%,2组并发症发生率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论微创等离子前列腺电切术是一种更安全、更有效的手术方式,尤其适合高危良性前列腺增生患者的治疗,具有良好的临床应用前景。

Objective To explore the curative effect of observation on Plasma prostate electrotomy treatment for high-risk benign prostatic hyperplasia. Methods By the prospective research methods, 106 cases with high risk patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia were analyzed from January 2010 to October 2012,according to the matching design,they were divided into observation group and control group,the observation group use transurethral prostatectomy with the bipolar plasmakinetic technique,control group use transurethral resection of the prostate. The effects of two groups were compared.Results Intraoperative amount of bleeding,postoperative flushing time,postoperative tube drawing time,hospitalization day of the observation group and the control group were compared,difference had statistical significance（P〈0.01）.IPSS score,QAL score and PVR be compared,the difference have statistical significance（P〈0.05）. the postoperative complications incidence of the observation group was 5.66%（3/53）,and the control group was 24.53%（13/53）.The postoperative complications of total incidence of two groups were compared,the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Plasma prostate electrotomy was a safer,effective operation method,especially suitable for high risk patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia.
