脑卒中后超早期康复治疗的应用及疗效分析

The application and clinical study of early rehabilitation therapy on cerebral apoplexy

目的观察超早期康复治疗对脑卒中患者神经功能障碍恢复及日常生活活动能力(ADL)的影响。方法 2010年1月—2013年1月按入院时间顺序对60例脑梗死患者、35例脑出血患者在药物治疗的同时进行超早期康复治疗。同时设立对照组,脑梗死患者55例,脑出血32例进行常规药物治疗。分别于康复治疗前、治疗2周及1个月后进行神经功能缺损评分(NIHSS)及ADL评分。结果超早期康复治疗患者2周后神经功能缺损评分低于对照组,日常生活活动能力评分高于对照组。结论超早期康复治疗能明显降低脑卒中患者的致残率,提高患者生活能力及生存质量。

Objective To observe the effects of early rehabilitation therapy on neurologic impairment and activities of daily living in patients with cerebral apoplexy. Methods From January 2010 to January 2013, according to admission sequence, 60 cases of cerebral infarction patients, 35 cerebral hemorrhage patients,were treated by early rehabilitation and chemical drugs. At the same time, there were 55 cases of cerebral infarction patients and 32 cases of cerebral hemorrhage in the control group, routine drug treatment was used. Before rehabilitation,on the treatment of 2 weeks, and one month after treatment, NIHSS and ADL score were evaluated. Results Nerve dysfunction score 2 weeks after early rehabilitation was better than that in the control group, activities of daily living score was higher. Conclusion Early rehabilitation therapy can significantly reduce the morbidity of stroke patients, improve the ability of living and quality of life in patients with.
