摘要
本文介绍的抗静电涤纶是用自制抗静电剂PR-86与PET 共混纺丝制取的海岛型结构的纤维。该纤维的特征为抗静电性不受相对湿度的影响,不同于以往的依赖于吸湿性增强的抗静电机理。经过动态摩擦静电压试验,提出了纤维中的“岛”在电场中产生极化并在纤维内部放电的新型抗静电机理,并通过介电性质的测定,初步证实了这一机理。
The antistatic polyester fibre developed by the aufhors is one of seaisland structureby blend spinning of antistatic agent PR-86 with PET pellets.The characteristic of thisantistatic fibre is that relative humidity has no influence on its antistatic property.This typeof fibre has a durable antistatic property.The antistatic mechanism is different from previousone which depends on enhan cement of moisture absorption.The dynamic friction staticvoltage test proves that new antistatic mechanism consists of the polarization of the“island”in the fibre under the action of electric field and discharging electric charge within the fibre.This mechanism was preliminiarly assessed through determining its dielectric character.
