骨科临床护理风险因素分析及防范对策

The risk factors and nursing countermeasure in department of orthopedics

由于骨科急诊患者比较多,护理需求较大,护理周期较长,因此,各类护理风险因素也相对增加。笔者结合自身在骨科的护理实践,通过对骨科临床护理风险事件的原因进行详细分析,并针对性提出相应的护理对策,以提高医护人员应对风险的能力,为患者提供更加安全、有序、优质的护理。

As emergency patients of orthopedics Department were more, nursing care demand was larger and nursing cycle was longer, all kinds of nursing risk factors were relatively increased. According to my own nursing experience in Department of orthopedics .The author analyzed the cause of nursing risk events in the Department of orthopedics, then some corresponding nursing countermeasures were given, so as to improve the ability dealing with the risk of medical staff, and to provide more safety, order, quality nursing finally.
