中药保留灌肠治疗慢性肾功能衰竭的疗效观察与护理

The curative effect observation and care of traditional Chinese medicine retention sausage in treatment of chronic kidney failure

目的探讨自制解毒泄浊中药保留灌肠治疗慢性肾功能衰竭的疗效及护理方法。方法将60例患者随机分为2组,对照组30例予以单纯西医治疗;治疗组30例在对照组基础上加用中药保留灌肠(由生大黄、六月雪、土茯苓、丹参等组成)治疗,并在灌肠前后予以护理措施。观察2组临床疗效。结果对照组总有效率为70.0%,治疗组总有效率为93.3%,2组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论中药保留灌肠治疗慢性肾功能衰竭疗效确切,患者易于接受,无毒副作用,值得临床推广应用。

Results Total effective rate was 70% in the control group, in treatment group was 93.3%, the difference was signifcant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The efficacy of retention enema with Chinese herbal medicine in treatment of chronic renal failure was good, The patients are easy to accept, non-toxic side effects, which is worthy of clinical application
