蒋济故里考

Research on Jiang Ji's Native Place

蒋济是三国时期魏国的重臣,楚国平阿人。明代隆庆与清代雍正《高邮州志》均记载蒋济为高邮人。楚国平阿系指曹魏扬州楚王国及其辖县平阿;两汉至三国时期,广陵及其辖县不属于扬州,高邮也未叫过平阿。因此,蒋济不是高邮人,系今天安徽怀远人。

Jiang Ji, born in Ping-e County of the state of Chu, was a high-ranking official of Wei during the Three Kingdoms. In Gaoyou Local Records during Longqing period of the Ming Dynasty and Yongzheng period of the Qing Dynasty, Jiang Ji was recorded as a person from Gaoyou. Ping-e in Chu state referred to the state of Chu in Yangzhou and its administrated county Ping-e during Cao and Wei Dynasties. From Han Dynasty to the Three Kingdoms, Guan- gling County and its districts didn＇ t belong to Yangzhou, and Gaoyou had never been called Ping-e County. There- fore, Jiang Ji was not a native of Gaoyou, but from Huaiyuan County, Anhui Province today.
