高职秘书专业教学资源的企业实体化运作在当下已经具备社会基础、物质基础以及相关的观念转变等条件,具有很强的可行性。高职秘书教学资源的企业化运作可以促进师生教学相长、实现产学研结合、优化资源利用,但必须遵循服务教学、严格监管、明确组织形式等原则。

At present, the commercialized operation on the teaching resources of Higher Vocational Secretarial Spe- cialty has been of the conditions of social foundation, material basis and related change of concepts, which is entirely feasible to put into practice. The commercialized operation contributes to teaching and learning, the combination of ＂production, teaching and research＂ and optimization of resources, but it must follow the principles of serving teach- ing, supervising strictly and making clear the organization forms.
