在分析澳大利亚海洋环境和资源特点的基础上,指出澳大利亚的海洋科学研究力量雄厚,资源管理的模式世界领先,为澳大利亚发展蓝色经济提供了强有力的保障。分析了2001—2002年度至2009—2010年度年澳大利亚主要海洋产业的详细数据,介绍了澳大利亚海洋经济发展现状以及对蓝色经济发展的推动,深入分析澳大利亚发展蓝色经济面临的一些重大问题和海洋科学在应对挑战中的重要作用。
Based on analyzing Australia＇s marine environment and characteristics of resource, the author points out that the research strength of Australia＇s marine science is very strong, and its mode of resource management keeps ahead of other countries in the world, providing strong support for the development of Australia＇s blue economy. The paper analyzes 2001- 02 to 2009- 10 particular data of major marine industries, introduces the development status of AustraliaJs marine economy and its promotion to the development of blue economy, make an in-depth analysis of the major issues of developing Australia＇s blue economy and the important role of marine science in dealing with climate change.
