摘要
在应用昆虫病原菌防治光肩星天牛 (Anoplophora glabripennis Motsch)的试验中 ,筛选出一种增效剂 ,可使病原菌的产孢量增加 ,光肩星天牛的致死速率加快。在生产病原菌的培养基内加入0 .0 2 %的增效剂培养 5天 ,产孢量比对照增加一倍多。在含孢量 10 8/ ml的球孢白僵菌的菌悬液中加入 0 .0 2 %的增效剂 ,以每头光肩星天牛幼虫接种 1ml菌悬液 ,使光肩星天牛幼虫第 6天开始发病 ,第 16天死亡率达 10 0 % ,比对照提早 15天 ,而且死亡率比对照增加 11.1%。
A kind of synergist has been selected in the experiment of controlling Anolophora glabripennis (Motsch.) by using pathogenetic fungi of insects. It can increase the spore output of pathogenetic fungi and speed up the lethal rate of Anolophora glabripennis (Motsch.). The spore output can increase twice as much as CK after putting 0.02 pecrnt of synergist in culture medium to provide pathogenetic fungi for 5 days. To put 0.02 percent of synergist in fungi suspending liquid of Beauveria bassiana which spore content is 10 8/ml, inoculate 1 ml fungi suspending of synergist to every Anolophora glabripennis (Motsch.) larva. It can make Anoplophora glabripennis (Motsch.) begin to come on a disease on 6 th day, with the death rate be 100 percent on the 16 th day. The death rate moves up 15 days than CK. The death rate also increases 11.1 percent than CK.
