摘要
党的十八大报告明确提出:我国经济发展要更多依靠现代服务业和战略性新兴产业带动。发展战略性新兴产业,人力资源是关键要素,就像不同产业具有不同产业文化和管理模式一样,战略性新兴产业也具有与传统产业人力资源不同的特征,需要具备对应特色的人力资源管理策略。分析战略性新兴产业发展情况,总结战略性新兴产业的人力资源特征,为培育与开发战略性产业人力资源提供建议。
The 18th national congress of the Communist Party of China report emphasizes that China' s economic development depends more on the modem service industry and strategic emerging indus- try. Human resource is the key factor to develop the strategic emerging industry. There are different characteristics of human resources in strategic emerging industry and traditional industry. Therefore, strategic emerging industry needs corresponding human resource management strategy. In this paper, general situation of strategic emerging industry was analyzed and human resource characteristics of strategic emerging industry was summed up. That can provide advice on human resources development of strategic industry.
