摘要
针对清水营煤矿副井实际换绳中,换绳难度大、耗时长、劳动强度大、换绳过程中存在安全隐患等实际现场问题,提出了"旧绳带新绳悬挂,新绳带旧绳回收"的换绳方法。该方法的运用使工人劳动强度低,换绳安全高效,具有良好应用价值。
Replacing ropes is difficult, time-consuming, labor intensive, and dangerous in the auxiliary shaft of Qingshuiying mine. Based on these actual problems, the article proposes a new method: old ropes are suspended with the new ones and new ropes are recycled with the old ones. The method could realize the low labor intensity and efficient and safe rope replacement.
