摘要
目的通过动物实验,探讨野战方舱选择性血管造影技术和栓塞疗法在肝脏破裂急诊救治技术的应用,进一步提高战场条件下肝脏破裂伤的救治成功率。方法选取健康成年犬20只,随机分成两组,对照组和实验组,每组各10只,前者不作任何处理,后者采用钢球自由落体撞击犬剑突的方法复制肝脏破裂的模型,比较实验组肝脏破裂成功模型与对照组健康犬的血压变化,随后对成功模型进行选择性血管造影技术和栓塞疗法进行治疗,评估实验组治疗前后血压和出血量和变化情况。结果实验组肝脏破裂模型犬的股动脉血压明显低于对照组健康犬(P<0.05),经过治疗后犬的股动脉血压明显回升(P<0.05),治疗后犬的出血量比治疗前明显减少(P<0.05)。结论选择性血管造影技术和栓塞疗法的联合应用对肝脏破裂出血有良好的治疗作用,值得战地方舱医院推广应用。
[Objective To explore the field carriage through animal experiments, selective angiography and embolization therapy in the treatment of liver rupture and emergency treatment technology application. To further improve the battlefield conditions, the success rate of emer gency treatment of hepatic rupture. Methods 20 dogs healthy adult were randomly divided into two groups, control group and control group. Each group included 10 dogs. The former did not receive any treatment. The latter was treated with steel ball free fall impact Gou Jiantu~ method of replication liver rupture model. The dog breath, blood pressure, heart rate such changes of the two groups were compared. The successful model was performed selective angiography and embolization therapy. The blood pressure, amount of bleeding and the changes of the group before and af ter treatment were compared. Resttlts In the experimental group, the arterial blood pressure of liver rupture model of dog femoral was significantly lower than the eontrel group of healthy dogs ( P 〈 0. 05 ). The dog femoral arterial blood pressure after treatment increased significantly ( P 〈 0. 05 ). The dog bleeding after treatment was significantly reduced than before treatment ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion Embolization therapy of com bined application technology on hepatic rupture and hemorrhage had good curative effect, was worthy of popularization and application of field hos pital.
