贝尔曼理论下《兵车行》两译本对比分析

The Comparative Study of Two English Versions of Song of the Conscripts Based on Berman's Theory

弗莱彻和艾思柯均是汉语古诗英译的专家。本文以杜甫名诗《兵车行》为研究对象,通过对比分析弗莱切和艾思柯的两个译本,以贝尔曼的"否定分析"理论为基础,试图验证贝尔曼的12种"变形倾向"是否存在于翻译的过程当中,并进一步证实了"肯定分析"对翻译"异"的考验,提醒译者在翻译过程中需注意的错误倾向。

W.J.B.Fletcher and Florence Ayscough are both the experts in studying the English translation of Chinese classical poems.Based on Berman’s theory of Negative Analysis,this paper sets Song of the Conscripts（one of Tofu’s masterpieces） as the research data.Through comparative analysis on the two English versions of Fletcher and Ayscough,this paper attempts to test if the twelve deformation tendencies precisely exist in the process of poetry translation,and further confirms that the Positive Analysis could pass the test of ＂foreignness＂,aiming to remind the translators to pay more attention to the deformation tendencies in translation.
