孕产妇保健系统管理现状分析与对策

Analysis and intervention strategies on management condition of pregnant and lying-in women health care system

对全区 1996～ 1999年四年来孕产妇保健服务现状进行分析 ,结果是 :随着孕产妇保健服务利用能力的提高 ,分娩方式中顺产比例相应增加 ,产科质量得以提高 ,同时 ,外来人口早孕检查率、产前检查≥ 8次等保健服务利用低于户籍人口 ,户籍人口剖宫产率高于外来人口 ,经χ2 检验 ,有显著性差异。提示我们在日常工作中应进一步加强服务对象的婚前生育指导 ,孕期健康教育和健康促进 ,提高孕妇自我保健意识 ,充分利用孕产期保健服务能力 ,提高自然分娩率 ,降低难产发生率 ,切实保护母婴安全。

The health care service condition of our local pregnant and lying\|in women during 1996 to 1999 was analyzed. With improving the utility of pregnant and lying in women health care service, we found that the mormal delivery rate increased and the obstetrics quality improved. The utility of health care service including early stage pregnancy\|test rate and prenatal\|test overnight times and other factors in immigrant residence was less than in registered permanent residence, and the caesarean birth rate in registered permanent residence was greater than in immigrant residence. The difference of these factors between registered permanent residence and immigrant residence was significant by χ 2 test. The results suggested that we should further improve the prematital procreation education and pregnant health education and health promotion to our service people in our daily work. By raising the consciousness of self\|health care of pregnant women and sufficiently utilizing lying\|in health care service, the normal delivery rate would be increased and the dystocia rate would be reduced.
