新疆阿魏及其炮制品对大鼠胃溃疡模型作用的实验研究

目的探讨新疆阿魏及其不同炮制品对大鼠胃溃疡的治疗效果,评价其炮制方法对疗效的影响。方法建立醋酸注射型胃溃疡大鼠模型,用新疆阿魏及其不同炮制品进行抗胃溃疡试验,将80只大鼠随机分为8组,分别为假手术组、模型组、阳性药物组、新疆阿魏原药材组、民间习用炮制品(面粉炒)组、清炒炮制品组、醋炙炮制品组、水煮炮制品组,测定胃液pH值、胃黏膜溃疡面积,并检测大鼠血清中胃泌素(GAS)和表皮生长因子(EGF)的表达。结果各给药组大鼠胃液pH值均明显高于模型组(P<0.01);各给药组大鼠的胃黏膜溃疡面积明显小于模型组(P<0.01),其中民间习用炮制品和水煮法炮制品的效果最好;新疆阿魏及其炮制品对胃溃疡大鼠血清中GAS的含量均无影响,与模型组比较无明显差异(P>0.05);与模型组比较,醋炙炮制品组和水煮炮制品组EGF水平表达明显提高(P<0.05);但模型组与其余各给药组EGF差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论新疆阿魏及其炮制品对胃溃疡有一定的治疗效果,其中水煮法的治疗效果比较显著。

Obj ective To probe into the effect of Ferula sinkiangensis K.M.Shen and its different processed prod-ucts on curing gastric ulcer in rats,and evaluate the curative impact of its processed methods.Methods Gastric ul-cer in rats model built by acetic-inj ected was carried out resisting gastric ulcer experiment by Ferula sinkiangensis K.M.Shen and its processed products.80 rats were randomly divided into 8 groups：control group、model group、positive drug group、Unprocessed Ferula sinkiangensis K.M.Shen group、traditional processed products（flour fried） group、stir-fried processed products group、vinegar processed products group and water processed products group. Then the pH of gastric juice and gastric mucosa ulcer area were determined,and the expression of gastrin and epi-dermis growth factor in rat′s serum were detected.Results The pH of cured groups were higher than that of mod-el group （P〈0.01）;The Gastric mucosa ulcer area of cured groups were lower than that of model group （P 〈0.01）obviously,and the effect was best in the traditional processed products and water processed products;Unproc-essed Ferula sinkiangensis K.M.Shen and its processed products had no effect on GAS in rats′s serum in all,there was no significant difference compared with model group （P〉0.05）;Compared with model group,the expression of EGF level in serum of vinegar processed products group and water processed products group improved obviously （P〈 0.05）;But there was no statistically significant difference between other cured groups and model group （P 〉0.05）.Conclusion Ferula sinkiangensis K.M.Shen and its processed products have certain therapeutic effects on gastric ulcer,the treatment effect of boiling method is significant.
