咸阳市幼儿园儿童家长对儿童意外伤害知识知晓度调查

The Survey on the Parents′ Awareness and Knowledge about the Accidental Injuries in Children in Xianyang City

目的了解咸阳市幼儿园儿童家长对儿童意外伤害知识的知晓情况。方法采用随机整群抽样的方法,抽取咸阳市市区8所幼儿园,从中分别随机抽取大、中、小班各1个班级,共24个班级。以24个班级儿童的家长作为研究对象,调查家长对儿童意外伤害知识的知晓情况。结果儿童意外伤害发生率为36.3%。影响家长知识知晓度的因素有儿童意外伤害史、儿童年龄、家长文化程度、家庭人均月收入水平。结论学龄前儿童意外伤害发生率较高,与家长所具备的儿童意外伤害知识、急救知识欠缺及家长的文化程度和收入水平有关。

Objective To understand the parents′awareness and knowledge about the accidental injuries in children in Xianyang City.Methods We use the random cluster sampling method to extract eight kinder-gartens in Xianyang City,and then select randomly one big class,one medium class and one small class from each kindergarten.We survey the parents of children from these 24 classes on their awareness and knowledge about accidental inj uries in children.Results The incidence rate of the children′s accidental in-j uries is 3 6 .3%.Factors affecting the degree of parents′awareness of accidental inj uries include children′s accidental injury history,children′s ages,parents′educational level,income levels.Conclusion Pre-schoolers have a higher incidence of accidental inj ury.The higher incidence is related to parents′knowledge about accidental inj ury,the lack of first aid knowledge and their educational level.
