No Longer Stick to Static Comparative Advantage and Promote the Upgrading of Industrial Structure

摘要我国发挥比较优势参与国际分工,促进了经济快速增长,但相对固化在劳动密集型分工部门和劳动密集型环节的状况,也使我国经济呈现出难以持续的困境。培育产业动态比较优势涉及到人力资本、技术能力、营销能力、产业组织和制度保障等方面,应针对不同部门类型的不同发展阶段,制定不同的政策。 Our country exerts comparative advantage and participates in the international division of labor,which promotes the rapid economic growth.However,one situation,the comparative advantage is relatively consolidated in labor intensive sectors and labor intensive links,makes the economy of our country become unsustainable.Cultivating industrial dynamic comparative advantage involves many factors,such as human capital,technical capacity,marketing capability,industrial organizations and institutional guarantee.Hence,we should make different policies in accordance with different development stages of different sectors.
