房屋建筑施工安全事故的人为因素及管理对策

摘要 安全是房屋建筑施工中的首要工作，保障施工人员的健康和生命不仅体现出现代企业“以人为本”的思想，同时也是现代房屋建筑施工作业圆满成功的一个重要标准。安全施工是评价现代企业房屋建筑施工技术和施工管理水平的新指标。
