摘要
目的 研究 2型糖尿病尿白蛋白排泄率 (UAER)与血清唾液酸 (SA)的关系。方法 测定了 5 4例 2型糖尿病患者及12例正常人 (C组 )血清总唾液酸 (TSA)、血清脂质结合唾液酸 (LSA)、空腹血糖 (FBG)、空腹血胰岛素 (INS)、胰岛素敏感指数 (ISI)、糖化血红蛋白 (HbAlc)及UAER。根据UAER ,将糖尿病患者分为微量白蛋白尿组 (A组 )和正常白蛋白尿组 (B组 )。结果 ①A组TSA较C组及B组显著增高 (P <0 .0 1及P <0 .0 5 ) ,B、C组无显著性差别 (P >0 .0 5 )。②A组LSA较C组及B组显著增高 (P <0 .0 1及P <0 .0 5 ) ,B组较C组也显著增高 (P <0 .0 5 )。③TSA、LSA与尿白蛋白对数值 (logUAER)、HbA1c、ISI显著正相关 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;LSA还与FBG显著正相关 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 2型糖尿病血浆TSA、LSA随着尿白蛋白而逐渐增加 ,血糖控制不佳及机体对胰岛素敏感性下降与血清TSA和LSA上升密切相关。
Objective:To study relationship between serum sialic acid concertration and urinary albumin excretion rate(UAER)in type 2 diabetic patients.Methods:The serum total sialic acid(TSA)、serum lipid bound sialic acid (LSA)、HbA1c、fast blood glucose(FBG)、fast serum insulin、insulin sensitivity index(ISI)、UAER、blood pressure(BP) were determined in 54 type 2 diabetic patients and 12 healthy controls(C group). According to the UAER, the diabetic patients were divided into two groups, with microalbuminurin(A group) and without microalbuminurin(B group).Results:①TSA concentration of A group was significantly higher than that of B group and C group, TSA concentration of B group and C group were not significantly different(P>0.05).②LSA concentration of A group was significantly higher than that of B group (P<0.01) and C group (P<0.05), LSA concentration of B group was significantly higher C group also(P<0.05).③TSA and LSA concentration were significantly correlated with LogUAER、HbA1c、ISI(P<0.05).LSA concentration was significantly correlated with FBG also(P<0.05).Conclusion:In type 2 diabetic patients,progressive raise in TSA and LSA concentration with increasing UAER. High blood glucose level and insulin sensitivity decreasing had relation with elevating of TSA and LSA concentration.
