肝窦阻塞综合征（HSOS）是一种肝窦或是小静脉纤维性闭塞的疾病,其主要临床特征为肝脏肿大,高胆红素血症,腹水,体重快速增长等.目前,HSOS发病率不断增加,但发病机制尚不清楚,治疗手段有限.为提高对该病的认识,此文就其病因、发病机制、诊断和治疗情况作一综述.

Hepatic sinusoidal obstruction syndrome（HSOS） is a kind of sinusoid or small venous fibrous occlusive disease,with the clinical features of hepatomegaly,hyperbilirubinemia,ascites and rapid weight gain.Currently,HSOS incidence is increasing,while the pathogenesis is unclear and the treatment is limited.To deepen the understanding of this disease,the aetiology,pathology,diagnosis and treatment of HSOS are summarized in this article.
