摘要 我国最新的急性胰腺炎（acutepancreatitis，AP）诊治指南E13已经更新一段时间了，本次指南更新的最大亮点在于对AP的临床分类进行了重新修订，同时也是国内专家讨论的焦点，即由原来分为轻症急性胰腺炎（mildacutepancreatitis，MAP）和重症急性胰腺炎（severeacutepancrea—titis，SAP）两类，改分为轻度急性胰腺炎（MAP）、
