中西医结合治疗带状疱疹的临床研究

目的探讨清热解毒汤加艾灸联合抗病毒、维生素治疗带状疱疹的疗效。方法我科自2008年2月至2012年12月收治的36例带状疱疹患者,随机分为两组,治疗组18例用清热解毒汤加艾灸并联合应用抗病毒、维生素治疗,对照组18例应用抗病毒、维生素进行治疗。结果治疗组的总有效率94.44%,与对照组总有效率77.78%相比,有统计学意义,两组治疗期间未发现不良反应。结论中西医结合治疗带状疱疹不但能够提高疗效,而且可以明显缩短疗程。
