摘要
目的探讨胃癌围手术期采取的护理措施及体会。方法对本院2008年至2010年80例胃癌患者围手术期采取的护理措施采用描述性的分析方法进行总结。结果胃癌手术患者通过有效的护理措施可减少术后并发症的发生,提高术后生存质量。结论对胃癌围手术期患者采取有效的护理措施,可助于改善胃癌患者预后,提高其术后生存质量,值得临床推广。
Objective To explore nursing measures and experience in perioperative period of gastric cancer. Methods To summary the nursing measures in perioperative period of 80 eases of gastric cancer patients in 2008 - 2010 by descriptive analysis method. Results To take the effective nursing measures can reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications and improve the postoperative quality of life of the gastric cancer surgery patients. Conclusion It is worth the clinical promotion to take effective in patients with gas- trie cancer perioperative nursing measures,it can help improve the prognosis of patients with gastric cancer, and improve the postopera- tive quality of life.
