表面处理对纤维桩与牙本质粘结强度影响的实验研究 被引量:8

摘要 目的评价不同的表面处理对玻璃纤维桩与不同部位根管牙本质粘结强度的影响。方法选择40颗新鲜拔除根长相近的单根管前牙,常规根管治疗后去除牙冠,完成根桩牙体预备后,粘固GC玻璃纤维桩至根管内。根据粘固前桩表面处理方法,将40颗离体牙随机均分至如下4组:硅烷偶联剂组为对照组(S组);过氧化氢组(H2O2组);氧化铝喷砂组(Al2O3组);Er-YAG激光照射组(Er-YAG组)。用慢速金刚石切割机将每个牙根垂直于牙长轴切割出6个1 mm厚的片段作为测试样本。将所有测试样本置于万能试验机上,用不锈钢制加载棒(末端直径1.0 mm)以0.5 mm/min的速度对其加载,直至纤维桩从根片中完全脱出。对实验数据进行双因素方差分析和多重比较,观察样本的破坏模式。结果玻璃纤维桩与牙本质间粘结强度均值牙颈部最大,根中部次之,根尖部最小。牙颈部粘结强度与根中部和根尖部之间比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.05);根中部与根尖部之间差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)。相同根管部位的粘结强度值均表现为H2O2组最高,Al2O3组次之,显著高于Er-YAG组及对照组(P<0.05);而Er-YAG组最低,但与对照组无明显差别(P>0.05)。样本的失败模式主要为混合破坏。结论用过氧化氢酸蚀和Al2O3喷砂进行桩表面处理可提高玻璃纤维桩与根管牙本质的粘结强度,且根颈部粘结强度大于根中及根尖部。 Objective To evaluate the effect of different surface treatments on the fiber post surface and bond strength of glass fiber post to root dentin. Methods Fm'ty single root teeth that had similar dimensions were used. After endodontie treatment, removement of the crown and canal preparation, cemented GC glass fiber posts were put in to the root canal. Ac- eording to the methods of surface treatment, 40 teeth were randomly divided into: silane coupling agent group (S group) ; hydrogen peroxide group ( H2O2 group ), Al2O3 airborne particle abrasion ( Al2O3 group ) ; Er - YAG laser itTadiation ( Er - YAG group). Then each root was cut perpendicularly to the long - axis with the slow saw to obtain slides with six 1.0 - mm - thick as test. Specimens of each group ( n = 60) were loaded with a universal testing machine until failure oc- curred. The data obtained were submitted to the one - way ANOVA and multiple comparisons, observed the failure mode of each specimen. Results The mean bond strength values reduced from the cervical to the apical root canal, but the bond strength of medium and apical root canal dentin has no significance (P 〉 0.05 ). Regardless of the method of surface treat- ment, the bond strength was highest in H2O2 group, the second in the Al2O3 group (P 〈 0.05 ). The bond strength in Er - YAG group was the lowest and has no significance with the control group. Failure modes of specimens were mainly mixed damage. Conclusion Hydrogen peroxide and A12 03 airborne particle abrasion treatment combined with silanization en- hanced the bond strength of glass fiber post to root dentin.
