干细胞治疗肝硬化进展

各种病因导致的肝硬化严重影响着患者的生命健康,目前尚缺乏有效治疗方法。近年来,干细胞移植治疗终末期肝病成了一种新的治疗手段,该技术过程相对简单,将制备好了的干细胞通过选择好的途径移植到患者肝脏内,分化出更多的健康肝细胞,从而改善患者肝功能。本文即对干细胞及其临床移植治疗肝硬化进展作一综述。
