摘要
目的:比较进口和国产新型聚偏二氟乙烯(PVDF)复合补片与传统聚丙烯(PP)补片在动物模型中的抗粘连特性。方法:将96只Wistar成年雌性大鼠随机平均分成空白组、聚丙烯组(PP组)、国产化新型PVDF复合补片组(国新组)和进口新型PVDF复合补片组(进新组),每组各24只。每组再随机分成2个亚组,分别于植入后14、90 d,肉眼观察补片粘连情况,并取补片及其周围腹壁组织进行组织学观察,比较并评价各组补片的抗粘连特性。结果:术后14、90 d,除空白组外,其余各组补片均与大鼠网膜和肠管发生不同程度粘连,各组间肉眼粘连评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。术后14 d和90 d,PP组、国新组、进新组病理学综合评分分别为(7.08±1.78)、(6.75±1.66)、(6.55±2.34)分和(5.50±1.17)、(5.08±1.38)、(5.80±1.10)分,3组差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。结论:在腹膜内修补动物模型中,新型PVDF复合补片抗粘连特性仍存在不足,较传统重型小网孔PP补片无明显优势,尚需进一步观察和研究。
Objective: To compare the anti-adhesion features of imported and domestic polyvinylidene fluoride(PVDF) composite hernia mesh with conventional polypropylene (PP)hernia mesh in animal models. Methods: Ninety-six adult female rats were randomly allocated to blank control group ( n = 24), polypropylene group ( PP, n = 24 ), domestic emerging PVDF composite mesh group ( dPVDF, n = 24 ) and imported PVDF composite mesh group( iPVDF, n = 24 ) , respectively. Each group was further randomly divided into 2 subgroups (n = !2 ). This was followed by visual inspection and histological examination of the adhesion with peripheral tissues at days 14 and 90. Results: Compared with blank control group, adhesion of intestinal major omentum, intestines and the mesh was observed at days 14 and 90. The among-group difference in adhesion score was unremarkable (P 〉 0.05 ). There was no significant difference in the total pathologic score [ ( 6.75± 1.66 ) for PP,(6.75 ± 1.66)for dPVDF and(6.55 ±2.34)for iPVDF at day 14; (5.50 ± 1.17)for PP, (5.08 ± 1.38)for dPVDF and(5.80 ±1. 10) for iPVDF at day 90, all P 〉 0.05] Conclusion: The emerging PVDF composite hernia mesh did not evidence sufficient merits in terms of adhesion characteristics nor appear superior to the conventional heavy small PP mesh in this animal model of repair for abdominal wall defects. Further observation is therefore necessarily indicated.
