血清MMP-2表达在慢性充血性心力衰竭中的意义

Clinical significance of serum matrix metalloproteinase-2 in chronic congestive heart failure

目的:探讨慢性充血性心力衰竭患者血清基质金属蛋白-2(MMP-2)水平变化规律及其临床意义。方法:将120例慢性心力衰竭患者作为观察组,体检健康者80例作为对照组,比较两组MMP-2水平的差异,同时观察慢性心力衰竭不同分级指标升高情况及其与脑钠肽(BNP)水平的相关性。结果:观察组MMP-2水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05),且随着心功能分级的升高而增加(P<0.05)。血清MMP-2水平与LVEF、LVEDV、BNP水平呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论:MMP-2水平与慢性心力衰竭的发生具有明显相关性,有一定的临床意义。

Objective：To investigate the changes in the level of serum matrix metal protein-2 （MMP-2）and its clinical significance in patients with chronic congestive heart failure（CHF）. Methods： We compared the level of MMP-2 in 120 consecutive patients with CHF （observation group）and 80 healthy subjects who underwent health check-up（control group）. This entailed assessment of the increase in MMP-2 in various grading of severity and the correlation with brain natriuretic peptide （BNP）. Results： Serum MMP-2 level in CHF patients was significantly higher than that in control group（ P 〈 0.05 ） and increased as with the advanced grading of disease severity. Conclusion： The correlation between serum MMP-2 and incidence of CHF may be clinically significant.
