推拿、TDP、电脑中频三联治疗梨状肌综合征75例

Massage,TDP and computer intermediate frequency triple therapy for piriformis syndrome:report of 75 cases

目的:观察推拿、TDP、电脑中频三联治疗梨状肌综合征的临床疗效。方法:将150例梨状肌综合征患者完全随机分成2组,治疗组75例,对照组75例,治疗组采用推拿、TDP、电脑中频三联治疗;对照组75例采用局部封闭、TDP、电脑中频综合治疗。观察2组治疗前后症状的改善情况。结果:治疗1个疗程后治疗组总有效率为100.0%,复发率为10.7%;对照组总有效率为96.0%,复发率为44.0%;2组总有效率、复发率分别比较,差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:推拿、TDP、电脑中频三联治疗梨状肌综合征有良好的疗效。

Objective： To determine the efficacy of massage, TDP and computer intermediate frequency triple therapy（CIFTT） for piriformis syndrome. Methods： We randomly allocated 150 patients with piriformis syndrome to be treated with the addition of massage （ treatment group, n =75 ） or local injection （ control group, n = 75 ） , on the basis of TDP and CIFTT therapy. This entailed assessment of the amelioration of symptoms at week 2. Results ： Following a single treatment course, the treatment group yielded substantially higher total effective （100.0% vs96. 0%, P 〈 0. 05 ）yet lower relapse rate （10. 7% vs44. 0%, P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion： The combination of massage, TDP and computer intermediate frequency triple therapy （CIFTF）is effective for the treatment of piriformis syndrome.
