摘要
目的 了解谷氨酸钠对铝吸收的影响。方法 1 8只 SD雄性大鼠 ,体重 (2 50±1 5) g,被翻转的离体十二指肠、空肠、回肠 ,在其内腔充满 p H 7.3的缓冲液 (其组成为 Tris- HCl1 5.5mmol,Na Cl1 2 0 .7mmol,KCl5.6mmol,Ca Cl2 2 .5mmol,Mg Cl2 1 .2 mmol,glucose1 1 .5mmol)后 ,置于 p H7.3含待测液的生理盐水中 ,待测物分别为 2 0 mmol Al Cl3,2 0 mmol Al Cl3+2 0mmol柠蒙酸钠和 2 0 mmol Al Cl3+2 0 mmol谷氨酸钠。恒温 (37± 0 .1 )℃培养 0 .5h,培养期间通入95% O2 和 5% CO2 气体。然后用石墨炉无火焰原子吸收分光光度计 ,分别测定肠内腔液和肠的铝含量。结果 对照组 (Al Cl3)十二指肠、空肠、回肠对铝的吸收率 (鲜肠重计 )分别为 3.59± 0 .55,3.41± 0 .61和 3.1 9± 0 .68(μg/g) ,参照组 (Al+柠檬酸钠 )分别为 4.92± 0 .73,4.47± 0 .56和4.37± 0 .77(μg/g) ,试验组 (Al+谷氨酸钠 )分别为 4.75± 0 .68,4.45± 0 .59和 4.32± 0 .63(μg/g) ,参照组与试验组的十二指肠、空肠、回肠铝吸收率与对照组相比有显著差异。如将肠段重换算成干重 ,则参照组和试验组仅十二指肠铝的吸收率与对照组相比有显著差异 (其吸收率为 :2 7.51±1 .88和 2 8.67± 2 .1 6对 2 4 .98± 1 .75(μg/g) ,而空肠、回?
Objective:To investigate the effect of sodium glutamate on aluminum absorption in vitro. Methods:Reversed duodenum, jejunum and ileum of 18 SD male rats (250±5)g were filled with pH 7.3 buffer (Tris HCl 15.5 mmol, NaCl 120.7 mmol, KCl 5.6 mmol, CaCl 2 2.5 mmol, MgCl 2 1.2 mmol, glucose 11.5 mmol). The guts were placed in the physiological salines containing 20 mmol AlCl 3 (control), 20 mmol AlCl 3+20 mmol sodium citrate (Al+CitNa),and 20mmol AlCl 3+20 mmol sodium glutamate(AL+Glu Na) respectively, and were incubated 0.5h at (37±0.1)℃. Results: Aluminum absorption rates (based on wet weight of guts) of reversed duodenum, jejunum and ileum were 3.59±0.55, 3.41±0.61 and 3.19±0.68 (μg/g) in control, 4.92±0.73,4.47±0.56 and 4.37±0.77 (μg/g) in Al+CitNa, 4.75±0.68,4.45±0.59 and 4.32±0.63 (μg/g) in Al+Glu Na respectively. Aluminum absorption rates of reversed duodenum, jejunum and ileum in Al+Cit Na and in Al+Glu Na were significantly increased compared with that in control. If wet weight was changed into dry weight of guts, aluminum absorption rates of reversed duodenum in Al+Cit Na and in Al+Glu Na were significantly different from that in control. Conclusion:Sodium glutamate and sodium citrate can improve aluminum absorption. A five ring complex is possibly formed between α NH2, α CH , and -COO of glutamate and aluminum.
